Qualification Requirements Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in architecture, civil engineering, environmental engineering, building services engineering, or similar programs related to technical building equipment. Applicants must demonstrate module examinations of at least 135 credits for a six-semester bachelor’s degree, 170 credits for a seven-semester bachelor’s degree, and 200 credits for an eight-semester bachelor’s degree at the time of application.
Language Requirements English: IELTS (min 6.5), TOEFL iBT (min 88), Cambridge C1 Advanced (CAE) or C2 Proficiency (CPE) with grades A, B, or C; German: DSH (min DSH 2), Deutsche Sprachdiplom (DSD II B2/C1), telc Deutsch (min C1), TestDaF (min TDN 4), Goethe-Zertifikat (min B2). English proficiency can also be proven by a GMAT score higher than 600, bachelor’s thesis in English, or 30 ECTS of bachelor courses in English.
