Applicants should be at least 16 years of age. Students below 18 years must have parental or guardian consent.

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Follow university and immigration regulations.
• Pay applicable service fees on time.
• Treat our staff and partners respectfully.

• Fees are communicated before enrolment.
• Payments must be completed using approved methods.
• Third-party charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds follow the signed service agreement.

All study materials, branding, logos and website content remain the intellectual property of Lingo Education Organisation.

• No guarantee of visa approval.
• No guarantee of scholarships.
• No guarantee of employment.

Universities, banks, embassies and employers operate independently of Lingo Education Organisation.

Services may be suspended for fraudulent activity, abusive behaviour or policy violations.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
