By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

• Application support (SOPs, LORs, scholarships) and visa guidance.
• Test preparation (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, GRE) and interview coaching.
• Career training and overseas job placement assistance.

Disclaimer: Admissions, visa decisions and employment outcomes are made by third-party institutions, government authorities and employers; we cannot guarantee these outcomes.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). If you are under 18, you must have parental/guardian consent.

• Provide accurate, complete and current information throughout counseling and applications.
• Comply with university, immigration and visa regulations.
• Pay applicable service fees on time and in the specified manner.
• Maintain respectful conduct with staff, trainers and partners.

We are not responsible for delays, rejections or losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

• Fees for services will be shared prior to enrollment.
• Payments must be made in the specified currency and method.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy provided with the service agreement.
• Third-party fees (exams, university, embassy/visa) are paid to respective authorities and are non-refundable.

All fees paid to GoLingo are non-refundable after payment, including but not limited to counseling, training, documentation, application processing, interview/visa preparation, and post-landing support services. This applies regardless of admission, visa, scholarship, or employment outcomes, which are determined by third-party authorities outside our control.

• Third-party fees (universities, exam bodies, embassies/visa centers, etc.) are strictly non-refundable.
• Missed sessions are treated as delivered and are non-refundable; reschedules may be offered at our discretion.
• Chargebacks are not permitted for services provided or in progress; unjustified disputes may be pursued for recovery.
• Statutory rights: If mandatory consumer protections (e.g., cooling-off) apply, we will comply as required by law.

All content, study materials, branding and logos are the property of GoLingo or licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify or reproduce our materials without prior written consent.

• Services are provided on a reasonable-effort basis.
• No guarantee of admission, visa, scholarships or employment outcomes.
• We are not liable for losses arising from third-parties or force majeure events.

We may link to or refer third-party institutions or platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices.

We may suspend or terminate services if you provide false information, engage in abusive/fraudulent behavior or violate these Terms & Conditions.

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted here with the revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
