Admission Documents

  1. Educational Certificates: Officially authenticated copies of all educational certificates

    5. Graduation certificate and, if applicable, a diploma supplement.

    7. If previously studied at another higher education institution in Germany, submit a certificate of exmatriculation (Exmatrikulationsbescheinigung) detailing study areas and the number of semesters.
    8. Translations: German translations of all certificates (except those in English) as officially authenticated copies.
    9. Language Proficiency Evidence: Officially authenticated copies of language proficiency proofs in German, English, French, Spanish, etc., as applicable for your chosen subject.
    10. Curriculum Vitae: A comprehensive CV starting from the beginning of your school education up to the present.
    11. Photocopy of Passport or ID Card: For EU applicants.
    12. Self-Assessment Sheet: Required for some Master’s programs (available as a PDF on the uni-assist application portal). Remember to meet the entry and language requirements specific to the Master’s program you are applying for.
