   3. Passport Copy: Attach a copy of the first page of your valid passport.
   4. Certified Academic Documents: Include copies of academic credentials like your diploma and, if available, diploma supplements. Provide certified translations if these documents are not in English, French, or German. If your diploma is not yet available, submit a certified document indicating the anticipated completion of your BSc degree before the next academic year.
   5. English Proficiency Certification: Add a scan of your English test results to your application package, adhering to the specified language requirements.
   6. Online Application Form: Complete and submit the form. Ensure you receive a confirmation email within 7 days. If not, contact the program at meme@rug.nl.
   7. Reference Forms: Send the MEME reference form to at least two (preferably three) qualified referees. Ensure these referees send the completed forms directly to meme@rug.nl, including your name in the email’s subject line. It’s your responsibility to ensure all reference forms are submitted before the deadline. Note that referees must send their forms directly; candidates are not allowed to submit these themselves.
