    7. Reference Forms: Send the MEME reference form to at least two (preferably three) qualified referees. Ensure these referees send the completed forms directly to meme@rug.nl, including your name in the email’s subject line. It’s your responsibility to ensure all reference forms are submitted before the deadline. Note that referees must send their forms directly; candidates are not allowed to submit these themselves.
