Admission Documents
- Degree Qualification: An official university degree or master’s degree from the European Higher Education Area (EHEA), or a similar foreign degree that qualifies for postgraduate studies in the issuing country. Applicants who have not completed their degree at the time of application must provide a declaration stating they will complete their program before the commencement of the master’s degree.
- Academic Transcript: A transcript from your previous official studies, including the average grade from your home university.
- Curriculum Vitae: Your CV must be written in English.
- Proof of English Proficiency: A photocopy of an English language certification (see language requirements). If you cannot provide an official certificate due to COVID-19, an online English proficiency test via the UPF Language Service can be taken.
- Language Accreditation Exemption: If you are a native speaker or have studied in the relevant language, attach a brief explanatory letter to apply for an exemption from language accreditation.
- Motivation Letter: A letter in English expressing your interest in the master’s program, ranging from 400 to 600 words.
- Letters of Recommendation: Two recommendation letters on original letterhead from the issuing institution. These should be requested through the online application system, where you will provide the email addresses of your recommenders. Note: Non-institutional email addresses (like yahoo, gmail, hotmail, etc.) are not accepted.
